One thing you will not want to miss in Ukraine is the Lavra. The Lavra is an old Orthodox church that is still practicing Orthodoxy today. You can go to worship, light a candle and say a prayer, or you can just go to tour the crypts of old Ukrainians in the bottom of the church.
